Mini Tennis Red  
Red ball mini tennis is for players aged 8 and under (born 2001 or later). It is played on smaller courts with shorter rackets and softer balls. It’s just like the real thing and will give you the chance to have long rallies and play different types of shots, which should be lots of fun.

   
Mondays: 4.45 – 5.30pm (Development Group)
  5.00 – 6.00pm (Sports Match Group)

Mini Tennis Orange
Orange ball mini tennis is for players aged 8 and 9 (born 2000 or 2001). It is played on slightly larger courts than red ball, with bigger rackets and balls that are not as soft as red balls. It’s the next stage to go through before you start playing on a full sized court and it will help players develop all the different shots, providing fun competition.

Thursdays: 5.00 – 6.00pm (Sports Match Group)
Fridays: 3.30 – 4.10pm (Introductory)

Mini Tennis Green
Green ball is the next step after orange ball mini tennis (age 10, born 1999). It is played on a full tennis court, with bigger rackets and balls that are a little softer than yellow balls. It’s the next stage to go through before you start playing with a full compression yellow ball on a full sized court and it will help players work on and improve all aspects of their game.
   
Mondays: 4.00 – 5.00pm (Development Group)
Wednesdays: 6.30 – 7.30pm (Transition Group)
Thursdays: 6.15 – 7.15pm (Transition Group)
Fridays: 3.30 – 5.30pm (Introductory Groups)

Half Term holiday activities
Mini Tennis players of all levels have a 3 day camp, running on the Tuesday,Wednesday and Thursday, 10am to 12.30 each day. Thursday will be competition day. Entry forms are available in the club house entrance foyer or Contact Mike Seymour 07956 324540. Saturday Morning Pay and Play session - Free for Members - Non Members £2. It is essential that parents attend with their children as this is a supervised session. It will also give the parents an understanding of Mini Tennis and a chance to enjoy playing tennis as a family.
